Privacy and cookies
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Elite Cleaning Group Limited, trading as Elite Cleaning Group, is run by Jack Clayton in Dublin, Ireland. [CONFIRM: company number and registered office address.] Contact us about your data at jack@elitecleaninggroup.ie or on 087 381 3344.
What we collect and why
- Quote requests. Your name, phone number, and anything else you add (email, Eircode, property type, services, company, dates, notes and a photo), plus the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, which one. We use it to reply, price the job and arrange it. The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a contract.
- Reminder emails. If you tick the box, we use your email to tell you when your next clean is due. The legal basis is your consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying or by calling us.
- Calls and messages. If you ring or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what’s needed to arrange the job.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website. Quote requests and any photo you add are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. We delete them from Netlify [CONFIRM: how often, for example monthly]. Netlify is based in the United States. [CONFIRM: transfer safeguard in Netlify’s data processing agreement, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.]
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email, where quote requests arrive.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries any messages you exchange with us there, under WhatsApp’s own terms.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives data only if you accept marketing cookies (see below).
We don’t sell your details.
How long we keep it
[CONFIRM: retention, for example quote requests that don’t become jobs deleted after 12 months, customer records kept for as long as needed for tax.]
Your rights
